Nepal holds a very special place in my heart—I lived there for four years (2008–2011), studying and practising Tibetan Buddhism while also teaching yoga. During that time, I had the opportunity to trek through the Himalayas, from hidden trails to iconic routes, and to fully immerse myself in local customs, food, and daily life. Those years gave me a deep connection to Nepal’s culture and people, and it remains one of the most transformative chapters of my travels.
